By attending a guided experience at Magnolia Hill Homestead, you understand and agree to the following:
This is a private, working homestead with natural terrain, including uneven ground, hills, wooded areas, a creek crossing, and outdoor conditions that may include mud, insects, and changing weather.
Guests may encounter wildlife, including but not limited to deer, turtles, snakes, and insects such as ticks.
A small bridge crossing may be required during the walk. Please move carefully and at your own comfort level.
The pond is off-limits for entry; however, you may walk around designated areas near it.
Please remain on marked or guided pathways, do not wander into wooded or brush areas, and respect all land, plants, and wildlife. Do not disturb animals, including turtles or other wildlife.
Foraging is welcome when invited, but please take only what you need and leave plenty for the land, wildlife, and others to enjoy.
Plant availability changes with the seasons, weather, and natural cycles. Specific plants cannot be guaranteed during your visit.
All plant education is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Guests should not consume any wild plants unless explicitly invited to do so.
There are no bathroom facilities available on the property. Please plan accordingly before arrival.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
